Welcome new readers to the Star Press Paper- a mail club made for homebodies, hobbyists, and collectors!

This year's overarching theme is "Bits, Bobs, & Everything in Between" and each month will have hand drawn illustrations of various items that tie into the theme. Every illustration is hand drawn and every letter is hand packaged. No AI is used in the creation of this mail club.

How do I join?

Purchase the mail club membership for the month by hitting "buy now" and checking out. You can join anytime until all of the available slots for that current month have been filled.

NOTE: Every month's cut off date will be the last day of the month. Be sure to purchase your membership before the cut off date to receive that month's goodies.

 

Monthly Billing

• You will be billed once a month until you cancel your subscription. Your billing day will be on the same day every month and the day is determined by the day you first sign up.

• Once you pay for the membership, you are locked in to receive that month's goodies. You can skip a month or cancel anytime.

• You will only receive the goodies from the month that is being offered. The monthly goodies change every month so be sure to follow us on social media for real time updates and sneak peeks. You can purchase the previous monthly mail separately in the shop.

 

Shipping & Delivery

•Letters will be mailed out the first week of the month.

• The price includes letter mail shipping. You will not receive tracking as every letter is shipping with a stamp.

• Mail club delivery for customers in the US will take 1-2 weeks. Mail club delivery for international customers can take 2-4 weeks. The letters will be sent out after the cut off date.

NOTE: If you do not receive your mail after the estimated shipping time, please contact us at northernstarshoppe@gmail.com. If your shipping address is incorrect, please view the FAQs for more information.

Shipping

Processing Time

All products are made to order so please be aware of the 5-7 business day processing time. Northern Star is currently run by a small team so please be patient as we make and send out your order. Thank you!

International Shipping

International shipping is not being offered at this time.

Wrong Address/Address Change

Before placing your order, please be sure to double check that your name and address are correct. If you have submitted the wrong information, please reach out to northernstarshoppe@gmail.com before the order has been processed and shipped out. Once the package has been shipped out, changes cannot be made. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address.

Missing Order / Missing Tracking

Why did my order not come with tracking?

All orders are shipped out with tracking. If you did not receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped out then your order is still being processed. If you received the shipping confirmation without a tracking number, please reach out to northernstarshoppe@gmail.com for assistance.

My order has not arrived.

Sometimes the shipping carrier does not scan packages which can be very frustrating. If your package does not arrive and you have waited past the estimated shipping time, please reach out to USPS. We are not responsible for lost mail so please be sure to reach out to USPS to file a lost package claim.

My package was stolen.

We are not responsible for stolen mail so please reach out to USPS and file a stolen package claim.

Refunds, Damages, & Returns

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you will have 30 days to reach out to us to process your refund. We do not cover return shipping and paper products such as stickers are not eligible for returns. For a full refund, the item must be sent back in the same quality as it was received in.

Damage Policy

This can happen so please be sure to reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order. You must include pictures of the broken item and we will try to send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.
