Processing Time

All products are made to order so please be aware of the 5-7 business day processing time. Northern Star is currently run by a small team so please be patient as we make and send out your order. Thank you!

International Shipping

International shipping is not being offered at this time. 

Wrong Address/Address Change

Before placing your order, please be sure to double check that your name and address are correct. If you have submitted the wrong information, please reach out to northernstarshoppe@gmail.com before the order has been processed and shipped out. Once the package has been shipped out, changes cannot be made. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address.

Missing Order / Missing Tracking

Why did my order not come with tracking?

All orders are shipped out with tracking. If you did not receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped out then your order is still being processed. If you received the shipping confirmation without a tracking number, please reach out to northernstarshoppe@gmail.com for assistance.

My order has not arrived.

Sometimes the shipping carrier does not scan packages which can be very frustrating. If your package does not arrive and you have waited past the estimated shipping time, please reach out to USPS. We are not responsible for lost mail so please be sure to reach out to USPS to file a lost package claim.

My package was stolen.

We are not responsible for stolen mail so please reach out to USPS and file a stolen package claim.

Refunds, Damages, and Returns

Refund and Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you will have 30 days to reach out to us to process your refund. We do not cover return shipping and paper products such as stickers are not eligible for returns. For a full refund, the item must be sent back in the same quality as it was received in.

Damage Policy

This can happen so please be sure to reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order. You must include pictures of the broken item and we will try to send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.
