Processing Time

All products are made to order so please be aware of the 7 business day processing time. Northern Star is currently run by a small team so please be patient as we make and send out your order. Thank you!

International Shipping

Packages shipped through International shipping can take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on the weather and how far you are from the United States.

Wrong Address/Address Change

Before placing your order, please be sure to double check that your name and address are correct. If you have submitted the wrong information, please reach out to northernstarshoppe@gmail.com before the order has been processed and shipped out. Once the package has been shipped out, changes cannot be made. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address.
